Russians are catching up with the US in democracy

Recently President Trump received oath of loyalty from all members of his cabinethttp://edition.cnn.com/2017/06/12/politics/donald-trump-cabinet-meeting/index.html.
Yes, leadership is about loyalty, but.....

I am very glad for the Russians that they started to catch up with the level of US democracy. And very sad, of course. Is it the model which Japan has been aspiring to emulate?
